Broadmarsh, Havant, Hampshire, 2026
Broadmarsh sits on the edge of Langstone Harbour near Havant, its mudflats and reedbeds catching some good evening light. Redshanks worked the reeds and open mudflat at low tide, a gull sat on calm water and another cut a bright wake across golden water, and a crescent moon appeared twice in the same session, once with a bird crossing its face in flight, and once above a line of sunset contrails.
