Little Hyden Woods turns into a carpet of bluebells for a few weeks each spring, and this was a proper bluebell-season shoot: wide woodland paths and fallen logs disappearing into blue, backlit and sun-flared close-ups, an ancient oak at dusk, gnarled beech trunks against blue sky, and macro studies of wood anemones and dew-covered petals among the bluebells.
