Portchester Castle, Portsmouth Harbour, Hampshire, 2026
Portchester Castle sits right on the edge of Portsmouth Harbour, and this set was shot mostly after dark: the Norman keep light-painted against the night sky, once with a meteor streak overhead, the castle church glowing at dusk, and the bastion walls picked out in detail. From the harbourside, the Portsmouth skyline and Spinnaker Tower appear across the water both at dusk and under a starry sky, alongside a pink sunset over the pebble shoreline.
